Warm, weekly gatherings where you’re truly seen and held by others walking the chronic pain/symptom path. Connect through gentle sharing circles, nurturing somatic practices, meditation, and heartfelt presence. We create room for what’s real—your presence, your truth, your authentic experience.

You don’t have to walk this path alone, pretend you’re okay, or hide feeling scared, exhausted, lonely, angry, or hopeless.

Sessions start with safe, small sharings, then ease into movement or meditation to help you reconnect with your body and support a new relationships with your pain. Movement means whatever feels right for you: sitting with music, meditating, lying down, walking, or dancing freely. Blankets, pillows, and chairs ensure everyone feels supported, with all abilities welcome.
